Following the 2006 “July War,” the economic situation in Lebanon deteriorated rapidly. Parents struggled to provide shelters for their children and paying tuition fees was impossible for most. In the second project with Our Lady of Grace, SEAL provided funds that helped children from diverse religious backgrounds attend school.

One of the few schools that succeeded in attracting students from different nationalities, religions, and cultures is Our Lady of Grace School which was established in 2002 in Kfarshima, an area where Christians, Muslims and Druze peacefully coexist, after years of civil war.
