In the second project with the Association Coopérative des Femmes de Baskenta pour la Production Agricole et Artistique, SEAL funded the purchase of a tomato juicer and three gas burners for the women. The new equipment helped increase the quantity and quality of their production and made it more marketable nationwide.
This cooperative was identified by the YMCA as one of the 100 best cooperatives in Lebanon (from a total of 1,800).
