The “Three Chefs” cooperative in Sultan Yacoub was founded in 2013 with the aim of improving the quality of life of its members while contributing to agricultural development in their area. The cooperative became well known for its ready-made frozen food prepared according to traditional Lebanese techniques. Business expansion depended on the acquisition of modern machinery; their second-hand machines could neither ensure the needed speed nor quality.
