Bayssour Association has been producing homemade mouneh including zaatar, hommos, kechek, and juices for many years and wanted to scale production for export. SEAL provided the grant for its needed ISO certification. This was the second grant from SEAL to the Women's Cooperative of Wadi Taym. The first was back in 2016 and it provided industrial equipment that helped the cooperative increase their zaatar production.
