Description and Impact

Al-Tilal offers professional training sessions focused on developing rural tourism as a possible income-generating pursuit for women living in the Lebanese mountains. This program was the third project sponsored by SEAL and contained intensive one-month training sessions, which allowed as many women as possible to have participated in the program.

One of the benefits of the Al-Tilal program is the follow-up and monitoring after the training internships. Trainers are sent to the specific localities where the program's participants reside to offer improvements and help solve challenges the women may have encountered.
