Description and Impact
SEAL implemented this project in partnership with the local NGO Al Midan and a network of nine municipalities in North Lebanon connecting farmers to the project. Al Midan set up the factory to produce serums from oranges, apples, and other fruits for use in food production as well as cosmetics.
SEAL grant provided the food processing equipment and training classes for seven women in food production techniques.
