The project aimed to help the underserved women in the village enhance their livelihoods and improve the development of women cooperatives working toward that goal. It embedded collaborative entrepreneurial education in women that are outside the educational, economic, and social ecosystem and helped generate income increases by enabling new food production activity. SEAL provided the needed materials and equipment (such as a skishek grinder, pomegranate peeling machine, thyme and sumac mill, eggplant piston, juice mixer, olive bullet, stand, and gas). Zouk Al Habalssa Association identified the women participants and rented a shop where they worked, displayed, and sold their handmade products. Products were also sold from stands and at local fairs. This project also supported local farmers who sold their crops to the cooperative.
