Description and Impact
The Rachaya El Wadi area is known for its substantial daily milk production of approximately 30,000 kgs of cow milk. However, much of this milk is sold to external factories at reduced prices. Local farm owners are thus advocating for investment within the community to maximize profits. The area's abundance of cow farms benefits from vast plains, high-quality fodder, and favorable natural conditions for farming.

SEAL collaborated in 2022 with the Liqaa El Bi2i Association to establish a Mozzarella cheese factory. While operational, the factory required expansion to meet increasing market demands.

The association sought additional support from SEAL to acquire necessary machinery such as 200-liter capacity pot, 2 plastic tanks (10 barrels), stainless-steel tank (5 barrels), Water filtration system, Milk waste refining device, Stainless steel sink, Mozzarella Kneader machine and more.
