Project Overview:
SCSA, through its Eco Valley brand, has been dedicated to organic dairy production for over a decade. SCSA partners with over 10 goat and sheep farmers, collectively producing 1 ton of organic milk daily for traditional dairy products. Their Eco Valley organic dairy products are sold in more than 30 outlets in Beirut, www.ecovalley.me
A 2022 SEAL grant facilitated the installation of a solar energy system, cutting energy consumption by 40%.

Objectives:
This initiative aims to expand Lebanon’s organic dairy sector sustainably while preserving traditional practices and improving farmer livelihoods.

Implementation Plan:
To enhance production capacity and sustainability, the organization is seeking funding for:

- Solar Milk Refrigeration Unit (10 solar panels, inverter, and assembly) $5000
- Milk Refrigerators (2 units, 500T each) $8000
- Molds & Molding Machine, $30,000
- New Cheese Processing Line (for Kashkaval & French cheese) $2000
- Pasteurization Equipment (plate exchanger or pasteurizer) $25,000
