Demand for local dairy products has increased tremendously this past year. This project calls for upgrading the current factory equipment to satisfy the surge in demand. With this equipment, the factory is now able to produce industrial quantities of mozzarella, a highly sought-after dairy product for businesses/restaurants, and domestic households. This is a good import substitution opportunity that encourages relying more on local production. Production has increased by more than 100-folds as a result of the project.
