Description and Impact
The Agricultural Cooperative Association in Saidoun has a great reputation for hard work and productivity. Its farmers' members have been planting large fields of za'atar and other high in demand products for many years. To further enhance their production efforts, SEAL provided them with 5 necessary machines (Thyme & Summac grinder, Tomato Juicer, Kichek Mill, Kichek Sieve and Separator machine for Summac and Thyme) to commercialize their zaatar, tomato paste, and Kichek production.
