CODI targets youth that are distanced from the labor market and under-represented in the digital economy: NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). These are people with little if any formal qualifications and include many young women. The minimum age for the CODI program is 17 and there is no age ceiling.
CODI Lebanon provided a free apprenticeship over a period of six months, after which they helped students find a sustainable income. This is often done through local employment, but also can be done through free-lancing and auto-entrepreneurship.
