Description and Impact
The principal crops in Bejjeh are olives, grapes, and figs. The grant of electric shears for trees, harvesting machines, and stainless steel containers meant lower cost combined with increased output. Modernizing their equipment also allowed Beijeh to increase and better control product quality.
