In partnership with the Lebanese Civil Cooperative, SEAL contributed to funding the construction of a water reservoir in Dweir, Tannourine. This reservoir was needed to repurpose land that had been neglected for 50 years. The reservoir  provided necessary irrigation and supported the planting of a large variety of fruits and vegetables, benefiting 60 farmers.
