Description and Impact
In Phase I of that project, SEAL funded the construction of 700m of the planned 900m of water pipes in Kfarhabou. These cement pipelines allowed irrigation into the village's North East agricultural area, which resulted in the expansion of farmable land. This new irrigation system reduced water usage, ensured fair distribution, and reduced the harmful effects of mudslides. Thirty-one farmers benefited from these pipelines, which span approximately 120,000 m².
