SEAL responded promptly to the humanitarian crisis by providing food items to local NGOs operating community kitchens and distributing food boxes to internally displaced people. All items were in-kind, with about 90% sourced from past SEAL grant recipients, including farmers and cooperatives. A total of 270 Tons of food items were used to prepare 205,000 meals and distribute 4,870 food boxes benefiting 45,350 internally displaced people.
