SEAL believes that sustainable development
cannot be achieved without the active
participation of women in economic life. One of
our priorities is to continue providing funds for
projects that offer women with the possibilities
of vocational and professional training.
An estimated 50 percent of college graduates
are women and the number of working women
recently increased to make up 27 percent of
the total labor force.
