SEAL funded the purchase of new equipment for a porcelain training workshop for women with disabilities.

The workshop enables the women to gain self – confidence and autonomy. Many of the women ended up establishing their own small shops, businesses and are able make a living out of the skills acquired, with Arc En Ciel’s support.

The workshop was established in 1992 in response to the needs that were identified within the community. More than one hundred girls and young women benefited over the years from this vocational training workshop.
