Al-Tilal provides low-income women from impoverished areas with serious training in income-generating activities such as catering, housekeeping, local arts and crafts, etc.

This is the second time that SEAL funds a three-month intensive training session, to allow as many women as possible to take these classes and acquire the necessary skills to gain financial independence. The rotation system in the different hospitality skill sectors (catering, housekeeping, laundry, table service, reception, maintenance, storage, etc.) gives the participants the necessary tools for the management of small service businesses.
