Al-Tilal offers during the months of July to October in Jbeil professional training sessions focused on the development of rural tourism as a possible income-generating activity for women living in the Lebanese mountains.

This is the third project sponsored by SEAL: intensive one-month training sessions, to allow as many women as possible participate in this program.

One of the benefits of the Al-Tilal programs is the follow-up and monitoring which take place after these internships, as trainers are sent to the specific localities where the program's participants reside, controlling improvements and solving problems that may be encountered.

Al-Tilal also organizes several exhibitions throughout the year to feature and sell the works of the program's participants.
