Background
This is SEAL's second project with the Saradar Foundation.
This time, SEAL sponsored an e-literacy training program that the Saradar
Foundation's E-Caravan, a mobile IT school, conducted for 64 participants.
Participating villages included Chabtine, Kfifane, Toula, Douq, A'lali, A'bdlilah,
Daraya, Jrane, Racha, Mrah Ziyat, and Mhamerch.
