SEAL funded the purchase of electrical machinery as well as LCD and sound material used for training the school's 200 students.

Established in 1960, Jbeil Technical School aims to help orphans and teenagers from low-income families become self-sufficient by providing them with industrial, technical or hotel management training and skills. Thanks to the school's programs, graduates usually obtain employment at various factories in the area, including water and electricity companies, paper and iron factories.
