SEAL funded the purchase of semi-automatic filling and capping machines, as well as an over-cap smoothing machine for the first fully accredited organic olive oil produced in Lebanon.

The American University of Beirut recruited six farmers from across Lebanon to produce organic olives, which were used for oil production using a restored traditional olive press in the Sidon region.
