Joumana Tager is a Learning Leader volunteer at the Metropolitan Museum. Past experience includes more than
nine years in the banking operations field at UBS. Joumana holds a B.A. in Economics from the American University of Beirut and an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Boston University.

 

Wissam Kairouz is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley's Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Group in New York where he is in charge of several industry verticals including Media, Financial Services, Financial Technology, Gaming & Real Estate. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2009, Wissam was a Managing Director in the Global Leveraged Finance group at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1998, he worked in fixed income investment management with BlackRock for 4 years. Wissam received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from McGill University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University.

Rima Moawad is a partner in the Corporate Department of Proskauer Rose LLP. A member of the Firm's Mergers & Acquisitions Group, she has significant experience in a broad range of domestic and international transactions. Her practice includes M&A transactions; partnerships and corporate joint ventures; as well as private equity and venture capital transactions. Rima graduated from the Pantheon-Assas University in Paris (Paris II), and received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School.

George A. Bitar co-founded in 1994 Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity (“MLGPE”) for which he currently serves as a consultant. He was a member of MLGPE operating and investment committees. He held several management positions over the years including Co-Head of North America, Partner in charge of Western and Eastern Europe and prior to that Latin America.
Mr. Bitar served on the board of directors of a number of private and public companies operating in several industries including healthcare, consumer products, manufacturing, banking, re-insurance, retail and business services. Prior to MLGPE, Mr. Bitar was a Director in the Merrill Lynch High Yield and Restructuring group. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 1990, Mr. Bitar was an Assistant Vice President of Thomson McKinnon Securities Inc. Foreign Exchange and Futures division. Mr. Bitar received a B.S. in Systems Engineering from Boston University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School.

Nassif Wakim Prior to joining SEAL, Nassif worked as an assistant manager at Wakim Trading and underwent training programs with Banque Libanaise pour le Commerce S.A.R.L. He also worked with International Ceramics Company S.A.R.L in the customer service department. Nassif holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Economics (B.B.A.) from Notre Dame University in Louaize, Lebanon.
